The Summer of 2010

The Summer of 2010

Teams are landing some good free agents this summer, such as Ben Gordon and Hedo Turkoglu, but this free agent class pales in comparison to the one that we could see next summer in 2010. The 2010 class could have more star power than we've ever seen in the free agency era and a lot of teams are looking to go into the free agent bonanza with plenty of cap space. Let's take a look at some top players that could be unrestricted free agents next offseason.LeBron James, Forward, Cleveland Cavaliers: James will be the crown jewel of the 2010 free agent class if he uses his player option to opt out of his current deal with the Cavaliers. He sells more NBA tickets than any other player in the league and any team would jump at the chance to get him. He's perhaps the most unique physical specimen the game has ever seen considering his skill set. There has never been a player of his size, strength and quickness and there is no weakness in his game. He's destined to go down as one of the greatest players of all time.

The Cavaliers are desperate to keep him, but LeBron has not committed to staying past the 2009-10 season. The team acquired Shaquille O'Neal this offseason in an effort to win the title, but Shaq doesn't exactly seem like a long-term plan to keep LeBron in town. The team tried acquiring Trevor Ariza, who could have been a running mate to encourage LeBron about the future of the franchise, but they were unable to convince him to sign. LeBron is all about winning a title and will ultimately end up wherever he thinks he has the best chance to do so.Dwyane Wade, Guard, Miami Heat: Wade showed that he's far from washed up with a great bounce-back season in 2008-09.Specialized coat hanger provide the best care available for your garments. Coat hangers of wood also feature a durable and smooth material that protects the clothing from wrinkles and damage. He'll likely be the second-most coveted free agent next summer if he opts out of his deal. If LeBron decides to stay, he'll probably be number one on a lot of team's wish lists. He can do it all and seems to be adding a three-point shot to her repertoire.
